My Marriage continued

Recap: my husband of 5 years left me and my 3 month old son a couple of months ago. I am staying with my parents and he is at our house. I went to see a counselor today and she wants me to try and get him in for one session at least. Pleasse pray that God gives me the right words to him to agree to going. Thank you in advance for the Prayers. Please continue to pray that he seeks the guidance of the Lord for this situation. Pray that he softens his heart to me and desires to have his family back. Pray that God puts people in his path to influence him to making the right decision.

Proclaim the confessions given below. God's word never fails!

No weapon formed against __________________’s and my marriage will prosper and every
tongue raised against our reconciliation, God is showing in the wrong, for this is my heritage as
a child of God and my righteousness is from Him.

Father, I thank You that You are hastening Your Word in my marriage in Jesus’ name.
Luke 18:8
I thank You, Father, for speedily avenging Your Word in my marriage in Jesus’ name.
II Chronicles 16:9
I thank You, Father, for showing Yourself strong on behalf of my marriage and reconciliation
with _____________________ for I am perfect in Jesus.
Joel 2:25, Isaiah 61:7; Proverbs 6:31
I praise You, Father, in Jesus’ name for restoring to _____________________ and me
everything the enemy stole, including our (list what Satan has stolen from you), and I thank You
that instead of shame we have a double portion. I see everything restored with the eye of my
faith according to Your Word.
Luke 21:15
Satan cannot overcome me for You have given me a mouth and wisdom. The enemy cannot
gainsay or resist in Jesus’ name.
Matthew 16:18; Acts 19:20
I thank You, Father, that the gates of hell are not prevailing against me and my marriage, for I
am the church, and Jesus said that the gates of hell would not prevail against me. Therefore, the
Word of God is prevailing in _____________________’s and my marriage, according to Your
promises in these scriptures in the mighty name of Jesus.

RE: My Marriage continued

Father, that this husband would hear not the words of his wife, but rather hear the comforting and commanding voice of your son calling him to sit down and reason together with his wife and this counselor I pray. Break through this heart of stone and make it malleable again. Provide the opportunity to turn back to who he is Father in Christ and who he is called to be in his home. Thank you Father for all you will do and have done for this family. In Jesus name...Amen!

RE: My Marriage continued

I asked my husband today about counseling for "just one session" at least. He said " I dont know Ill think about it, let me know where it is and everything." Its not a no so there is some hope still there. Please pray that the Lord moves his heart to agree to at least one session and then from that he sees some hope. Thank you!

Father...the first step has been taken and now we ask for you to act. Speak to this man...humble him down until he hears your voice saying to him grow in me my son grow. Put aside your hostility and step up to leading your family...and seek support in how to resolve issues so that can happen. Speak to him Lord I plead...in Jesus name...Amen!

RE: My Marriage continued

Im so heartbroken with my husband not being with me. I look at our son and just think how much he deserves his mother and father. We planned him...we wanted him..I just dont get all of this. I never thought I would see my life this way. I had everything! Through all of this I have really had to lean on the LORD and he has taught me to be closer to Him.
Lord I just thank you and praise your name for blessing my life. Even though I am in such turmoil, you have truly provided and for that I thank you! I pray that you speak to my husbands heart Lord and change it. I Pray for him Lord because he is all alone in our house and sees no hope. I feel like I am happier than him because I have You. He says he prays for people but not our situation. I just dont know where we went wrong. We always said divorce was not an option. Lord I just pray that you are with both of us during this trying time. I pray that he looks at me and his heart breaks because he misses me. Lord I also pray that you speak to his heart the day of our counseling and he shows up. I pray that with every bone in his body that he cannot say No. I pray that you perform a miracle in this situation and put a healing hand on our marriage. Lord you ARE ABLE!!! Thank you for the wonderful things I know you will do in our marriage and for making me a stronger chirstian. In Jesus' name I pray AMEN!

RE: My Marriage continued

Lord, open the eyes of this husband. Let him see that he needs You and them in his life. Lord, give Jessica strength to endure this trial in her life. Lord, let her always be found serving You. Lord, let her raise her son according to Your word. Lord, lead her down the paths that You would have her to go. Put a hedge of protection about her and the baby. Lord, convict his heart. Let him give his life to You. Restore the love of this marriage. Open his eyes to what he is throwing away. In this I ask in Your name,Jesus.Amen.
Psalm 121:1-2 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth. (KJV Holy Bible)

RE: My Marriage continued

Lord heal this marriage and make it better than it ever was before all the problems started. Give this woman strength and comfort, with wisdom on how to be attracting to her husband once again. Not only from within, but if she has neglected her appearance, like some women do after marriage. Have her look in the mirror and fix whatever needs to be fixed to be appealing to him again. We wives have to continue to look our best for there are so many out there tempting our husbands, Lord let us not forget that. Also make our homes a place where our husbands look forward to come to after work, clean, neat, and peaceful full of love for him. Teach us Lord how to be good wives so our husbands won't want to look someplace else for comfort and love. I pray in Jesus name. Amen

RE: My Marriage continued

Father...you gave us feelings that we might navigate the earth and feel both joy and love for others...but also so that we could have the cleansing power of pain. We cannot know full joy in life until we have been through something...because it is the emerging on the other side of the pain that helps us reach Christian maturity; when we look back on how far we have come;how far you have brought us with your mercy and wisdom. I pray that as this woman continues on her journey she will see the wonder of your tender mercies each day...as she grows and her pain lessens. Help her Father not to focus on the pain and her circumstance...but to keep her focus on you! Help her to keep prayer for her desires for her husband secondary to prayer for his needs...and what he needs is a Damascus Road experience with you and your son! Father, I pray that this man would come to know the saving power of the savior...that he would fall in love with Jesus. I pray that you pour the oil of the anointing of spiritual leader of his family over his head generously. I pray that he would see himself as Jesus does... as a sinner as we all are...who is saved by the grace of God...not as someone that his wife owes service to...but a vessel through which he can give service...and his, as a man...is spiritual leadership and Agape love to his wife and family. Jesus is teaching me that when we have our hand out expecting others to fill it with goodness...we receive far less than when we reach out to fill others with the same. Father...lead this wife to become stronger in you...to set tears aside and instead reach for the word to sustain and grow her...and through prayer also her husband. It is natural to be hurt by those that we love when they are not open to receiving and returning our love...but our battle for what is right must be fought on the plain of the supernatural with supernatural tools and power. Let those that have the ears to hear and understand this do so...that we might fight the battle well and win in the name of Jesus and for his glory...Amen!
