Lord you know this age old question of why. I myself prayed for 10 years for my mate before you responded Lord. Moses was in the desert for 40 years. Joseph lived in Egypt for 14 years before God delivered him. The purpose was hidden from them at the time. You were grooming them for the greater work. Moses never did see the promised land but was taken to heaven which is even a greater gift. Lord I ask that you will give the answer to this person. Is it yes? It is it no? Or is it wait. Lord your timing is perfect. The waiting is unbearable, yet help this person trust you anyway. Help them to see the unseen instead of the seen. Take their focus off their pain and place it on your will Lord inspite of the pain. I know it is beyond understanding, but not to Jesus, he understands our tears. They are precious to him and stored up in a bottle. Be strong and courageous, do not be terrified. Don't cry. The devil would have you believe that you are alone. You are not. I know that you need human touch and the expression of love toward you. Their is a greater calling and sometimes human oes not fill the hole in our lives. It takes the spiritual love of Jesus Christ that can fill the emptyness. I know this well. Don't give up. Jesus is closer than you think. He is now present, and allways will be. Stop beating yourself up. You are worth his great love and he will grant you the true desire of your heart. Because he said he would. Just keep living life and maybe when you least expect it love will take you by surprize. The right one is the one worth waiting for as you will soon see.
