Why don't you try giving up sodas, juices, bread, pasta, beef, all starchy food, candies, pastries, and drink plenty of water, eat instead plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, the white meat of the chicken, and some less fatty fish. Eat plenty of salads, but be careful with the dressings, instead use olive oil and vinegar, or even better fresh lemon juice with a little olive oil for dressing, but make sure you don't over do it with the amount you consume at once. If you drink alcohol try to stop, for that packs on the calories fast. Avoid snacks like potatoes chips, corn chips, even popcorn is no good for they are loaded with starch and sodium, even the rice puffs are full of starch. Make for breakfast fresh home cook cereals, or eat some like Cheerios with almond milk, or eggs with whole wheat bread. If you are a coffee drinker try to drink it black with no sugar, soon you will learn to like the taste of it that way, no calories in black coffee, or plain tea with no sugar. Walk as much as you can too, try to stand a lot instead of sitting down, do some exercises if you can too. Drink a glass of water before going to bed, and half an hour before your meals, and during the day. If you do this you will feel much better before you know it, soon you will lose weight, as long as you stick to this diet, don't forget to take your daily vitamins too.
It is better to lose the excess weight slowly so you can keep it off for good, as long as you keep eating healthy.
Lord help this person to do this and to make a change in their diet so they can lose that extra weight. Give them the will power to stick to it, and may they keep off the weight they will be losing for good. I pray in your loving tender mercies toward in Jesus name amen.
