Please pray I will receive the strength to be more self disciplined as I set new goals. Thank you

Psalm 37:4
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Read also the bible more often and communicate with God. If you open your heart to the holy spirit it will direct you path to be self disciplined. Read also the book of Proverbs and more psalms in The book of Psalms.
Lord help this person to learn to be more discipline in their life and closer to you. In Jesus name I pray amen.
