Prophet haven't you heard of turning the other cheek if you are so holy. and if I have offended you so? Pray, Pray, Pray is all we are called to do. Remember God has the power to talk to each one of us himself, if you think they can't, or won't listen, then pray for them instead of condemning or judging them. It is up to God to do the work in them not you. Did you die at the cross for them, is your blood more powerful than Jesus'? Well then isn't it better to pray and let God be the judge? And no, I'm not a Catholic, I'm a born again Christian saved and washed by the blood of Jesus, filled with his holy spirit and love, who studies his word, and hates it when others use it to try to control anyone, scare them, or turn them off from God for their own glorification. Let God talk to me himself if I am wrong for I do communicate with him every single day and he knows me better than any of you. I rejoice in Him in the garden of salvation, how about you? If you do then you won't be wasting your time condemning or judging others. Blessings is all I give back to you all now, and go in peace with God's love.

I have been reading this chain of post recently and have to give my approval and thanks to post (nr 21) above here from Guest and their other comments further up - after all their words are to focus on our relationship with God and not be misled by all the disrupted human beings here either they are just confused or manipulative, bitter or whatever. What better advice can someone give you then go directly to the Lord, he has given us promises if we seek him.

It is a prayer site, No? So I don't understand why they are bringing in other stuff that will scare the non believers away. If others want to believe the way they want good for them, but this site is for praying for those asking for prayers, not to confuse them or scare them away. We are giving a bad example of our Christianity when we do otherwise. I think some are just scanning through what I posted, or misinterpreting my words and meanings, and my intentions. Thank you JW123 for following what the Lord has laid on your heart. This board is for prayer requests, preaching, teaching, prophesies and however the Lord leads. I'm letting the holy spirit have his way here. If I feel that something is incorrect, I will comment on it or delete it. I bare witness that what JW123 posted about was from the Lord.

Many years ago, I was involved in a small home group with some great people who are used mightily by the Lord. Almost every meeting, the guy who was in charge would take off his wrist watch and would say we don't go by time here. We let the holy spirit lead and direct us. However, long it takes is however long it takes. If you must leave for some reason, that is fine too. Some of the weekly meetings would last 1 hour and other times 3 hours.

I believe strongly in the gifts of the spirit and that the Lord speaks to his people. Therefore, if you feel led by the Lord then post it and don't be afraid. We as believers can pray about it and weigh it out.

You are right as long as our emphasis is not in the gifts of the spirit for our salvation, because our salvation and our relationship with our heavenly father is what's going to save us. There are those that don't know the Lord yet, or are going to other churches where the gifts of the spirit is not preached. If you want to reach and help them too, this will scare them away from God. That is fine if taught in the church but on a website where you know there are many coming here for help for the first time, and not from your or any church it is a turn off for them. That was what I was trying to bring up when I was attacked here. Guest, I have never said that I had any authority and I submit totally to our Lord Jesus Christ. I am not here to argue, I am not here to break up the body of Christ, I am here to pray for people, to ask for prayer and yes, when I was prompted by God I obeyed him. What I posted were encouraging words (hence I believe were for someone here), and I prayed before I even posted as I want to walk in obedience to Jesus Christ and sought my answer in 1 Corinthians 14 vs 1 to 3)

In any event, I will not post on this thread again as I have had my say and have a clear conscience about what I wrote. My God and saviour knows my heart and it is to build and encourage people. I think that rather than attack others on a thread, rather PM a person if you disagree and want to continue the discussion as simple - I disagree on the thread followed by PM me if you want my response, or to alternatively PM the poster is way more constructive to the body of Christ.

May God be given the Glory in all, for his only son Jesus Christ died on the Cross to save all sinners who turn to and believe in him. I thank God for all he has done in my life, for he alone has got me through some very hard and very low places.
