Lord thank you for the gift of sleep - I ask Lord that David will be blessed with wonderful peaceful sleep and healed of his health issues and be filled with the love of Jesus.

Brother david, i heard lemon grass tea is good for poor sleep, among other things. There may be others more accessible where you are, but if u can give it a try. I have just started to use it, and hope it does help as well with other health issues.
