Anxiety and anger, please pray for me

Lately been snapping at people, including my elderly mother, as I have had anxiety attacks and catastrophizing , picturing the worse and mentallly exhausted. Please pray as I repent and pray for restoration of peace of mind in Jesus. Thank you.Jesus-sign
