I have a stressful financial situation on my hands which has been disconcerting. It relates to the sale of our family house in June 2020 to someone we were made to believe (by the sales agent) that he was financially sound.

The gentleman made a 45% down payment with a commitment to settle the balance within 60 days from the date of the first payment. But the debt has culminated into a protracted affair where he opts to pay small amounts claiming that he has no money.

The debtor has also proved to be truant. And, to make things worse, he proceeded to demolish the house without my consent. Meanwhile, I hear stories of flashy family parties being held; new vehicles bought, flashy lifestyle etc.

I recently sent him a demand letter which has gone unanswered. Phone calls go unanswered.

Please stand in the gap for my family as the proceeds were meant for investment in other portfolios as well as planting in the Kingdom of God.

You will need a lawyer to help you with this matter here on earth. I pray God will guide you to the right lawyer to help you in this situation.
Lord help this person as you give them your peace, and guide them to the right lawyer to fight this battle for him.
Give the lawyer the wisdom he will need to settle this case once and for all. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
