URGENT: A Miracle Is Needed (Prayer Request)!!!!!!

I am being accused of a Federal Copyright Crime that’s been going on (back-and forth with delays) within the court system for nearly three years; trial starts February 6 thru February 13 2012.

I need prayers from everyone within the prayer community for a not guilty verdict from the jury - and I ask each one to please pray for me by reading Psalms 35 and Psalms 37 entirely daily (each day) from February 6 thru February 13 2012. In addition I am asking the prayer community to please pray for my attorney to give him power, strength and courage throughout my case.

Thanks Everyone For Your Thoughtfulness
R. Anderson (the defendant)

RE: URGENT: A Miracle Is Needed (Prayer Request)!!!!!!

Description from the Copyright Law:

3.3) Is copyright infringement a crime, or a civil matter? It's always at least a civil matter (a tort). 17 U.S.C. 501(b) details the mechanisms by which an owner of a copyright may file a civil suit, and 28 U.S.C. 1338 expressly refers to civil actions arising under the copyright act.

However, under certain circumstances, it may also be a federal crime. A copyright infringement is subject to criminal prosecution if infringement is willful and for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain. 17 U.S.C. 506(a). If the offense consists of the reproduction or distribution, during any 180-day period, of 10 or more copies having a retail value of more than $2,500, the offense is a felony; otherwise, the offense is a misdemeanor. 18 U.S.C. 2319.

As a side note, although 18 U.S.C. 2319 purports to prescribe the penalties for criminal infringement, all crimes covered by Title 18 have their penalties determined by the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, another part of Title 18.

"If you did not commit the crime described above then you have nothing to worry about but trust God that everything will be alright. However, if you committed the crime above and asking God to blot it out, all I can say ""God's Will"" not mine, yours or others."

God Bless!

RE: URGENT: A Miracle Is Needed (Prayer Request)!!!!!!

I am simply asking for a prayer (of forgiveness) - not advisement of the law. My lawyer has advised me fully of the law entirely and the possible outcome. And my case is due to a mis-understanding of the copyright law - the "language of the copyright law".

LUKE 11:4 NKJ
And forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."

It is not enough to forgive only those people who have wronged us a little. We must forgive everyone! We have ALL sinned at one time or another and no man or woman is perfect.
