I started a new job and it's challenging especially when I am not getting the right support and I'm also supervising 6 workers and I am suppose to have five. Please pray that I can meet the expectations that are required of me and that I am able to be sufficient even with my lack of training and support. Please pray that my Director Elaine can be more supportive and not so rigid when she herself is all over the place and mentally unstable at times. Please pray that I don't lose my job.
