I started a new job and it's challenging especially when I am not getting the right support and I'm also supervising 6 workers and I am suppose to have five. Please pray that I can meet the expectations that are required of me and that I am able to be sufficient even with my lack of training and support. Please pray that my Director Elaine can be more supportive and not so rigid when she herself is all over the place and mentally unstable at times. Please pray that I don't lose my job.

Father, please help this person to develop the skill set that will make him successful in this new position. Please let him earn the confidence of and be given the support needed from his supervisor Elaine. Go before him Father in every task and pave the way to a good outcome. Help him to gain the respect of those he supervises...and above all, help him to perform well enough to not only keep his job, but to earn a promotion in time. In Jesus name...Amen!
