Study to be astute:

1.The Word of Knowledge - you get by studying and informing yourself
2.The Word of Wisdom - you get as you grow older and learn from your own mistakes
3.The Gift of Prophecy - the bible tells us to be aware of falls prophets, I believe after Jesus came God doesn't need any prophets to talk to any of us directly.
4.The Gift of Faith - you learn by reading the word of God and believing as a small child that it is truth
5.The Gifts of Healing - you can get by becoming a doctor more than by faith, for you need the sick to have the faith to be healed by prayer as well as the person praying.
6.The Working of Miracles - only God works miracles, we can pray for him to perform it for us.
7.The Discerning of Spirits - you learn by readying the bible, observing and listening very well to the motives of others.
8.Different Kinds of Tongues - is when you learn other languages.
9.The Interpretation of Tongues - you can do once you learn other languages.

Look and ye shall find, studying is looking for what you wish to find.
