I could have written this one myself, give or take a few things..
Anger is part of grieving & a normal human emotion. The bible speaks of anger, but I believe God Speaks of remaining in anger at another as not pleasing to HIM.
My own anger has most recently exacerbated (at the ex) in my loss as I am realizing how much damage my ex did to my life, it is finally sinking in.
Before I could easily let go & think of the present.
Healthy people give themselves time to heal between relationships; my ex & yours do not allow this healing & thus it is not surprising they have done what they did to us. I've had those interested in me & have friends, however you are smart to just give yourself plenty of time to get over & solid before moving on.
Friendship builds over time & on solid ground.
Try to do what you love doing, keep in prayer & know that this too shall pass. I will pray for both of us. In Jesus' Name.

And after all the "I swear to god im not messing with this girl" he's seeing her now. I pray and try and clear my head but im having the hardest time forgiving or getting past what he has done to me. I don't want to begin another relationship with someone else with all this anger/hatred. As a christian, i know that i have to forgive him for my Father in Heaven to forgive me, but please pray for me or any scriptures will help me to be encouraged.
Thanks
