i used to have terrible anxiety and have been able to overcome it for the most part. there are still times when i worry. i was tlaking to an elder at my church and he explained that worry is from impatience and impatience is from a feeling like lack of control. please pray that i am able to fully let go and let God. I do a good job for a while and then i seem to pick it back up again. help me to truly let go and trust.
