i used to have terrible anxiety and have been able to overcome it for the most part. there are still times when i worry. i was tlaking to an elder at my church and he explained that worry is from impatience and impatience is from a feeling like lack of control. please pray that i am able to fully let go and let God. I do a good job for a while and then i seem to pick it back up again. help me to truly let go and trust.

Father, your word teaches us to be anxious for nothing and ashley6349 seeks to be obedient to your word. She wants to let you of the reigns in her life and hand them over to you. Father...help Ashley to trust you as though she were an innocent babe that was resting in its father's arms. When we are so...we give the gift of trust instinctively as we can do nothing for ourselves. Provide this experience for Ashley that she may know the wonder of your complete and utter care for her.
