Lord, please bring YOUR WISDOM to this guest.
I would like to share something I just learned that may be significant to you in your case.
I was just told by someone dear to me, that there is concern about all the vets that are coming back from the war that are suffering from mental problems & brain injuries. They did not know the details as such other than the facts at hand & a friend of their's who's husband is also suffering from some apparent brain disorder or injury (he recently returned from Afghanistan I believe).
The figures were as many as 30%, & the tbi's, traumatic brain injury, is from the war games/ or the explosions of the bombs.. but apparently the figures are very high.
I am thinking this is the poster that's husband is overseas & at war.
I appologize if I am wrong.
I know there are some counselors that specialize in working with families of vets, those in service & even years ago I had heard that the divorce rates are alarming in regards.
As I say I am not sure this is the same person but I am thinking maybe it is.. & if your husband is the one overseas & there are things that are not adding up, perhaps seek counseling in regards to what is going on with some of these guys... I will pray for you in regards.
Listen closely to what JESUS Tells you.. quiet yourself, & then hear HIS VOICE. Of course you cannot make your husband be there or something happen he does not want to happen, but if he is affected by war, then there is much sense made of what is going on perhaps & could help you to decide what to do & the help to seek through this process. I wonder if the VA's have support groups for the spouses that are here & going through this sort of thing/ or maybe they know of a connect for you.
God Bless you in whatever situation it is. It has to be very hard on you. I pray God's Protection, remember, GOD IS our SPOUSE.
Guest Wrote:My husband Josh emailed me in May that he feels like something is missing and he does not think the family life is for him. Since then we have had very little contact through a few short emails of him telling me just basicly that he is alive. I have continued to pray that my marriage will be restored and that he will come home to me and our kids and realize our love, but so far nothing and I losing all hope. I am so tired of this constant ache in my heart. I am now thinking maybe it would be best for me to just end this so that i can move on with my life. I really want my marriage to work because love Josh with all my heart, but I just feel likits been 3 months with no progress and my kids need teir mom back because it seems as though they have already lost 1 parent. Please pray thamy marriage can be restored and that i can get a sign from god to show me what to do.
