Lord, betrayal is such a painful thing and when it happens without warning it is even moreso. Please give this woman peace and strength. Let her husband come to understand the role that he has as the spiritual leader of his home. Let him develop a repentant spirit and ask You, his wife and his children for their forgiveness. We know that you hate divorce and that running after someone new never resolves the issues. Please in your goodness and mercy let this woman forgive and provide her with many prayer warriors to stand in the gap for her and her children as she moves through this difficult situation.
