I am asking for your prayers to help my family and me through a difficult time. I caught my husband of 7 years in an affair. This was totally unthinkable to me as I NEVER considered this a possibility. I trusted my husband totally. Were it not for my two children, ages 5 and 2, I would have ended this marriage. I am certain, through my own prayers, that it is necessary for my children's well being that I tough this out and put my own feelings behind theirs. Please pray for a resolution to this mess. That my husband will come to know God in a more personal way, and that he will feel true remorse. (I think at this time his only remorse is that he was caught). Please pray that my children will be safe above all things, emotionally and physically, and that I will have the strength I need not just to endure, but to emerge victorious over this challenge.

Lord, we ask that this man come to his senses, that he honor his marriage vows, stop the affair & respect this marriage. If he desires to not be married any longer, then let him at least have respect to end this marriage properly. Lord God, this woman is faithful to her husband, loves him, they have children involved in this also.
That he face what is in front of him like a man, that he give honor to YOUR WORD & live the life that YOU HAVE Intended For him Jesus, not his will but YOUR WILL BE DONE. We ask for protection of this marriage & family & a hedge of thorns around him, that he is faced with YOUR TRUTH LORD.

Lord give this woman your strength, peace, wisdom, and grace to see her through this difficult time in her life and marriage. Have her husband really repent of his adulterous ways. Remove that other woman out of his life, heart, and mind forever. Renew his love and affections for his wife alone and no other person out there. Let him see the pain and harm he is causing his children and the pain his wife is going through because of his infidelity. Keep your guardian angels at all time around these children and their mother, also provide for all their needs. Bring healing and love back into this marriage as your perfect will is performed in their lives. In Jesus holy name I pray.

Lord, betrayal is such a painful thing and when it happens without warning it is even moreso. Please give this woman peace and strength. Let her husband come to understand the role that he has as the spiritual leader of his home. Let him develop a repentant spirit and ask You, his wife and his children for their forgiveness. We know that you hate divorce and that running after someone new never resolves the issues. Please in your goodness and mercy let this woman forgive and provide her with many prayer warriors to stand in the gap for her and her children as she moves through this difficult situation.

Lord, send your holy spirit to console this woman and guard this family from any further pain. Let this man realize the error of his ways and repent. Surround him with a hedge of thorns, so that no woman will succeed in stealing his heart. Let the other woman find someone else and leave this family so that they may be heal. Be with this mother of two day and night so that she may know your love and be able to care for her children during this difficult time. In Jesus name, Amen.
