The other day my husband told me that he will not change his mind about divorcing me. He doesn't love me like a husband loves a wife. Even though he has some love for me it's not enough to try anymore. He felt that he wasn't a good husband because I never seem to be happy. A majority of his memories about our marriage are hurtful ones.

As I look back I clearly see, understand, and admit my wrong doings that created many painful moments. However, there were many good ones. Most of the time, my husband made me happy. Unfortunately I didn't make my husband happy!

Please pray with me as I ask God to ask my husband to not serve the divorce papers to me so that we can redevelop a relationship. Break down the barriers of fear, heartache, anguish, and disappointments that is deeply rooted within my husband so that he will feel safe enough to rekindle love between us again. Cast away the miserable memories about me, us and our marriage that is consuming my husband and preventing him from seeing who I am now. Give me the strength to get through this difficult time, comfort me for I feel my husband’s sufferings as well as mine, and help me to accept the outcome of God’s will.
