I need prayers for my Pregnency. I am 31 weeks pregnant now. I have hypertension and gestational diabetes. So far going good in the grace of God. I am worried about any complications during my labor. Am 7 weeks pregnant am getting bleeding since last week, I had twins baby one I have lost due to severe bleeding in 6th week, doctor said we need to observe this week to see all is fine.
