You can cry all day long and pray, but that's not going to move God to work on your situation. He does hear your cry and undertand your needs, but that's not faith and faith is what it takes for God to move that mountain out of your life. The need we have in our time of grief is to get the person we love back into our lives. We love him and miss him (or her) and it hurts, Oh God does it hurt. But God wants us to love and miss Him more than we miss our mate. He wants us to lean on Him, give Him our grief and let Him take care of it for us. He wants your love, your plea's and to get out of His way.
You see, God wants a relationship with you, an intimate relationship. He wants to be number 1# in your life. "Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your might." God first, your spouse second. When were weeping and crying praying to get our mate back, we're putting our needs before God. You'll know who you love most by who you think about most. When you're praying for God to restore your marriage in your dire need, are you thinking about God, or yourself?
Once you establish a strong relationship with God, pray then be patient. QUIT WORRYING. Life has dealt you a blow, but you cannot sit around and worry all the time. God will take all your burdens and carry them for you.
You need healing, so ask the Holy Spirit to rid of your anger, your fear, your anxieties. Ask God to remove everything that is keeping you from restoring your marriage. Give God all your burdens and let Him take care of them for you. Once you've given Him your burdens, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Him. Have faith that He will take care of all your needs, your problems, your trials, your emotional roller coaster ride. He wants to help you...All you have to do is ask. Ask, then,

But God says, "I can do exceedingly and abundantly above and beyond all that you can ask, think or imagine. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, for I am in you. You can do all things through Christ because I will give you strength to overcome. Trust in Me, do not lean on your own understanding. I am smiling down on you right now. I CAN heal your marriage and will bring about a wonderful reconcilliation because I work all things together for the good. Be confident and patient and you will receive My favor in amazing ways. I am a BIG God, there is nothing to difficult for Me. You are blessed, you are victorious. I will open up doors that no man can shut. My blessings are running down on you now and they are overtaking you. I love you, I will take care of this situation for you. Stand strong in faith and trust Me, and get out of my way because I'm comming through, and I'm coming through in the Name of Jesus."
Just trust God to heal your marriage because marriage healing is in the bible, the promises of God, that are crystal clear. He does not want you divorced, He wants you and your mate married for a lifetime, one man married to one woman for life, until death. He hates divorce (Malichi), so much that He says the one who would do such a cruel thing to their spouse is cut off from Him. He will not listen to their pleas for help. However, when you ask God to restore your marriage, you can trust that He sent help for the restoration the moment you asked. His word says so and He is not a man that He could lie.

Lord may you have the saints pray for wife and I can stop this divorce from happening, Lord therers 3 lilttle kids involved they love having me home and I love be home, Father help us keep this family together in peace and in love. Shall no weapon form against my marriage prosper, let your blood cover my wife and kids, shall this union be rebulided put back together in your name Jesus!

Lord, I pray that you will open this man's eyes to see what Your plan and future are for his wife and their marriage. I pray that You will open his wife's prodigal eyes to see the truth that will set her free instead of being a slave to her sinful lifestyle. Help her to stop listening to the lies from the enemy. I know that nothing is too hard for You to do. Lord, please help him to keep his eyes on You and not on his circumstances. Lord, increase his faith, hope and trust in You daily.

I truly believe in Your power for this wife to be delivered from the enemy’s prison and her eyes opened to God’s Truths. I know her heart is not too hard for You, Lord. I ask You, Lord, today to “open this man's eyes so that he may see God's plan, His protection and His provision in his circumstances.”

I pray a Hedge of Protection and a Wall of Fire around this family to protect them from the evil one. I also pray that the Lord will open this family’s spiritual eyes to see the power of God in their own lives.

RE: Prayer to stop divorce and restore marriage

Almighty God, I Pray that my husband's Heart and Mind will be softened and open to the Promise of Love and Happiness that we once new and will assuredly know again as husband and wife. May he truly recognize the devastation and heartbreak his actions in seeking divorce are causing our 13 1/2 yr. old son, as well as myself. Please help him to think clearly and justly in all of his actions. Lead him away from all who have given him false counsel for there own evil gain, and offering themselves to ease his wayward heart. In his dreams, thoughts, and and those offering God's truth, may he see the error of his ways. Reignite his memory of Love and Happiness that we've shared. Lift this false veil from his eyes. In Jesus Holy Name, I cast out Satan and All of the souls he's gained to pursue evil and destruction of the family as a whole. Free my husband from these influences and help him to forgive-forget All of the irrational reasons he's based his decisions on. Give me strength and help me to be a better wife where I have not at times. Reunite the three of us as a family; living in Love, Peace, Joy, Happiness and Praising you Always. Despise not my Petitions Lord, but please Swiftly bring Help and Healing to Our family before another day passes in sadness, grief, anger and frustration. As we rest this night, grant that he will know the correct decision and direction to follow. Let his pride and ego not prevent him from proclaiming his Love for me and his decision to Stop the divorce proceedings, NOW!!! Dear Jesus, I come to you with thanksgiving for my 2 wonderful, God fearing children and my husband. Please forgive me for misunderstanding & emotionally withdrawing from him when I had lost sight of You & Your promises. Although he is blind to his faults of emotional abuse, I pray now that You will remove the scales from his eyes. Forgive me for disrespecting & bad mouthing him when I should have been on my knees in prayer asking for his repentance. For sanity's sake, I moved out with our children a year ago & now he is in an adulterous affair & has filed for divorce. I know I contributed to the demise if our marriage & should have sought Biblical counseling to learn to deal with his narcissistic ways of living in this world. I pray you will deliver us, both saved by grace. May Your will be done as I do not want this divorce to become final. I ask that you intervene so that we can seek Your face in this crisis. May you soften his heart so You can do a miracle & restore our family to wholeness. This us spiritual warfare & our God is bigger than all of this. Grant wisdom & peace.

I know that you are facing a huge mountain of circumstances, but we also know our God who can remove your mountain. Cry out to Him, asking for His grace and mercy this week. Tell Him you cannot make it without Him. Ask your Lord to hold you with His righteous right hand. Allow your Lord to be your refuge for this difficult time in your life. Allow Him to give you His peace that is beyond understanding.
I understand you may feel you are in a prison of impossible marriage problems, with financial pressures, children problems, health and employment needs. Ask your Lord to set you free, by rescuing you from the tricks and schemes of Satan, so that you may praise your Lord Jesus Christ.

Please pray for me. I was the one who filed for divorce thinking and feeling there was so much damage done in our marriage that I could not forgive or love my husband. We have been separated for 7 months and in the last month my heart softened and opened up. I began seeing the errors of my ways and where I was so cold and walled off. I went to my husband to discuss the possibility of reconciliation and working on the problems we had in our marriage.

At this moment he hasn't said no but he hasn't said yes. Please pray that he can see I truly mean how sorry I am and that I am committed to our marriage. Please pray that he too can see his faults and that we can come together and forgive our past and move forward together.
