Help me! my name is Peter and I can't stop thinking and worry about myself, mostly pysically and my mentak health

Lord God, this life is short, it is in passing, a journey, a test, Lord, YOU ARE our Spouse, YOU ARE THE GREAT PHYSICIAN, we are one in YOU HEAVENLY FATHER. We ask that Peter be healed in YOUR LOVE, please open him up to spiritual healing, that he is protected Lord, by Holy Angels, that all evil remains away, that one true healing Lord that only YOU GIVE us.
That he understand true rest & peace is in YOU, that all negative thoughts stop, that he understands how to care for himself Lord, & grasp that Heaven is our True Home. That everyday be filled with thoughts of Eternal Life in YOUR KINGDOM, beauty, joy, peace & love, eternal.
