Lately my self control is poor: eating too much, drinking wine too much, putting things off. I am finding it hard to stay motivated and I feel weak physically at times- all the sweet things I have been eating probably don't help. I keep making new goals but give up almost straightaway. I get anxiety and maybe this is why I am taking the easy way out so I won't have to face things.
I want to change and be productive. Please pray for strength for me. Thank you

Heavenly Father I come to You in prayer for this dear one who has been having personal control issues in their life of late. Lord touch them and give this dear one the strength to resist unproductive and hurtful habits. Lord give them focus and direction in their life and help them to seek You first and foremost Lord and not to seek out harmful activities such as overeating and drinking too much. Father hear this dear ones prayer and draw them into a deep and profound walk of faith with You Lord Jesus.
