Lord we know the reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devils work (1 John 3:8) - please destroy the devils work in Jeremiahs life. Humble Jeremiah to the point where he will be able to see beyond himself, give him a soft, broken, contrite heart. (Malachi 4:6) Lord you say your word will not return to you empty, but will accomplish what you desire and achieve the purpose for which you sent it (Isaiah 55:11) Lord you also say that we can be confident in approaching you, that if we ask anything according to your will you hear us, and if we know you hear us- whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of you (1 John 5:14-15) Jeremiah continues to live a life which is taking him further away from you Lord and us his family.
