Dear God,

Thank you for being the same yesterday, today, forever. Thank you that Your words does not go out and return void but accomplishes everything You said it would. God you hate divorce. My husband of 40 years has left me for a much younger woman with whom he has had a five-year relationship. He filed for divorce and tried to send me to the impoverished village even though he spent our money on her and not me. I worked hard for that money and hoped to enjoy it in my retirement years. He decided that money belongs to him also--not me. The divorce is a nightmare as we fight over financial matters yet he continues with his much younger woman. God I still love him. Yes, I knew the marriage was in deep trouble but I thought our time together would allow us to weather the storm. He left me emotionally years before he left me physically. I still want him back. Please Lord soften his heart and help him see that the grass is not greener with the other woman. Send him back to me. God get rid of the other woman. God stop him from seeing her. Resurrect our marriage. Help us to love each other again. I love you Lord. I want our marriage to be until death due us part. Help me please help me. He is addicted to her and once the divorce is finalized most likely they will be over. Do not allow us to divorce. Soften his heart O Lord and have him work on our marriage. This I ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
