My mom is back from China. I rarely get the chance to see her, but our relationship seems to be very difficult, and I don’t know why. Please pray that God will intervene in our relationship. Pray that we'll connect well, that we'll love each other deeply, that we'll enjoy each other's company, and we'll have a rich relationship that's full of joy. Pray that God will heal the scars and the difficulties, whatever they are. This is important to me: pray that everywhere I send this prayer request, God will draw many powerful prayer warriors to pray for it. Also I typed up a private prayer request about this—pray that God will fully, powerfully answer it.

Lord I ask that you would mend broken bridges and broken hearts. Whatever the differences or difficulties that divide hearts you can mend and make right. Let forgiveness reign in the Moms heart and I pray that they will have reconcillation and healing in their relationship. In Jesus name I pray.

Father, the relationship between a mother and a child is a sacred one. It is such that you have great concern about it. Father, touch the heart of this mother, cause her to see the need in this her child for her love, for her compassion, for her companionship. Cause her to reflect on what has created their distance and contention beyond the geographic distance that exists between them. Draw her close to you that she may know your love...let her recall the story of Mary, the mother of Jesus and how her love is illustrated from his birth to death so poignantly in the Word of God. Let her think of this and model her relationship with her child in kind. Father, touch this child and give him the courage to calmly and respectfully speak with his mother about his concerns...about his desires for a richer relationship with her. Father...bless this time of fellowship between them...let this mother and child when they part this time...leave the bonds of family stronger and more fluid than in previous times. In Jesus name...Amen!

Lord you know why this relationship is so difficult for this mother with her child, but you can bind them together with your unconditional love. Heal whatever the problem is and bring a loving relationship and trust between them. Let this mother see that her child is hungry for her love and acceptance. Comfort and give this person the strength they need to keep loving you, and allowing you to guide their steps as you give them wisdom when they see their mother. Lord have your perfect will be done in their lives, health, and this situation. In Jesus Christ Precious Name I pray, as I thank you in advance Heavenly Father to whom all the Honor, the Glory, and the Power belongs, Amen!
