Pray please that my boss will make sense in his decisions- it seems at times that he does not fully listen. I know he is in charge but it would help me if he saw the bigger picture clearly. Also pray that I will receive full healing and grace for the upset he can trigger in me. Thank you for praying.

Lord give this person your peace and the calm they need to do their work, and don't let their boss upset them so. May they remember that the boss is there to supervise the jobs and to give orders to those he supervises, not the other way around. May they not lose their job because of this, so Lord have your perfect will be done in this situation and in these people's life. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ amen.
