Oh dear, do not take the 5MG of Biotin if you are already taking 2500 MCG of Biotin combined with other vitamins.
Starts with lower MCG first but not MG. MG doses are higher than MCG. Do not combined two BIOTIN with two different doses, that is too much for your body to take depending of your age.
I am only taking 7500 MCG together with One A Day vitamins. Yes you are taking too much. What you taking now 2500 mcg are good but not add the 5 mg that is too much.
