You must take it with Multi-Vitamin i.e. One-A-Day and drink lots of water. This works for men and women. It is good for your skin, nails and hair. You will see the difference.

It is safer to buy these Vitamin at CVS or Walgreen. I wouldn't take a chance getting it online.

Hello all!
Someone just gave me biotin 5 MG due to these losses as we age, plus just saw i was already taking 2500 mcg combined with other vitamins for hair, skin and nails 'bout every other day due to some reation not sure what could be causing it. but, I think i may be taking way too much? Please let me know if you can. Be blessed
