My brother Dan was falsely accused by a predator and her family over 2 yrs ago & has been incarcerated since then. He is 63 yrs. old and has nothing left; they stole everything he had and one person even shot 3 rounds of bullets at him but nothing happened to him because he had connections at the jail. My family, esp. our son John, has had all the responsibility of proving my brother's innocense & miscarriage of justice. There was tremendous misconduct by the Prosecutor, jail personnel & the predators that caused Dan to be convicted. If the truth is presented, he should be found innocent. However, because the prosecutor lied to the court & misheld evidence that would have shown my brother's innocense, she is trying to prevent my son from helping my brother to present his appeal due Feb. 15. Therefore, the prosecutor wrote a letter to the Judge asking him to deny my brother's petition & stated my son who's been gathering the evidence to prove Dan's innocense is practicing law without a license. Please pray that my brother Dan gets his blood pressure meds so he doesn't have a stroke or heart attack. Please also pray for all of our protection from the evil court system and predators incl. my brother Dan, Jan, John and Ed. also, please pray for my health. The stress has caused tremendous stress & has resulted in numerous health issues for me: stress, constant pain form ?fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis

Father, in your mercy end this madness that is happening to this man. Allow the truth to be seen by those who have the power to free him...and stop the persecution of this son who chooses to help. Please protect all in this family from all hurt, harm or danger...especially Dan, Jan, John and Ed. Touch Jan's body and bring healing to all that ails her...and in your love for her and this family we ask that you act quickly! In Jesus name...Amen!

Lord you who see all, and know what's in our heart's, and why we think and do the things we do, come and have your perfect will done in these people's life and the situation that has caused so much anger, and hurt among them. Put your guardian angels around those who are innocent, I pray in Jesus name amen.

My Refuge and My Fortress
1- He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2- I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3- For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence.
4- He will cover you with his pinions,
