Almighty Elohim & Sovereign Father, You are more magnificient than our words can describe & more gracious than our hearts can fully grasp & Your glory is beyond human comprehension. You are full of grace & mercy, awesome in power & holiness. You are our joy, our help, our hope & our furture. We rejoice in You as the only one & the only thing, worthy of all glory, honor & praise. Loving & Tender Shepherd, please grant us to live each day differently from the world.
Adonai, please help us to separate ourselves from anything that is not holy. Give us discernment to recognize which is wortless & remove ourselves from it. Show us how to tear down any idols in our lives & help us eliminate any sources of unholy thoughts that do not glorify You.
Grant us to lay down all pride, selfishness & anything else that would keep us from moving into all You have for us. Use us as Your instrument to make a positive difference in the lives of those whom You put in our path. May we never stray from what You have called us to be & do.

A prayer of another poster here is also this soul's cry. How can we be loving if we're proud, not forgiving, not being patient and kind to parents, spouse, children... we need a heart and spirit that follows hard after Thee. Wanting to appear strong, we fall more when we do not totally trust and surrender to Whom these are due. You know i need You to teach me to love as You have shown Your Son Jesus do on the cross.
