Please pray my back will heal quickly. I have a problem with posture and legs and as I am getting older I am prone to injury more it seems. Pray I will get strength to organise my home better, seating , bed etc. I have been putting off managing my health better but it will need to be done but at times I feel overwhelmed. Pray I will face things one at a time and be wise.Thank you.

Lord, we lift up this person to You. You see their physical pain, the challenges with their back and posture, and the feeling of being overwhelmed. Please bring healing, strength, and relief to their body. Give them wisdom to make the right changes in their home and daily habits, and the strength to take things one step at a time. Replace overwhelm with calm and clarity. Help them care for their health with courage and consistency, and fill them with peace as they move forward. In Jesus' name. Amen.
