I have a supervisior i do not see eye to eye with. She speak to me as if i am a child and she does things we are told not to do and tattles on everything. She sit in back and talks about others with other managers when our boss is off. My coworkers and i have never said mean things about her we just try to discuss what to do. We all seem to feel the same but,when we take it to our manager she defends the supervisior. She tells us to resepect her.
After i spoke with my manager i feel like she thinks i'm nitt picking and said i might be giving a bad vibe to the supervisior. But, i know i see it. I pray to God to help me with and then i discuss it and try to figure it out on my own again. My supervisior is very smart and knows how to come out on top even when she is wrong. I feel like maybe it just me and then i know what i see. When she comes to work i feel uneasy about her. I know i need to pray for her so will you pray about this for truth to be reveiled so i can let this go if it me or at least so she is seen and it brought to her attention so we can get along.
