I'm a male (name Jan - 31 yo) and continue to ask prayer for my mental state. I'm depressed and fighting to get out. My head can't seem to get rest as my thoughts continue to whirl through my brain. Also my sleep is seriously disturbed. Please pray! It is my waiting prayer for the Lord to fill me with his Holy Spirit. That way I can clear my mind of my own hurts and pray for others too. I won't give up! Please pray!
