RE: Please pray for me...
Dear Heavenly Father, Jesus,
We know Your character. Hebrews 8:12. Death and sin were never Your plan, they were Satan's, and we know that it hurts You when Satan touches us. You call this sinful man the apple of Your eye. Satan is touching his heart, Lord, as much as his body. We know that Your Word was written personally to him as much as any other man under the sun. We know that Jesus is so great and powerful in His Love, a love greater than any, the very definition of it, that Jesus would have died for this one sinful man. It hurt You, Father, to watch Jesus die more than if it was You Yourself. You love this sinful man and I ask for him to sense it. Heal with Your Holy Spirit the insensitivity to spiritual things he has acquired through sin and Satan's deceptions. I thank You for the Holy Spirit working on this man's heart, else he would not be here. I thank You for bringing him to ask for forgiveness. We know that whatever the consequences of our sin, You promise in Your Word that You do forgive us when we ask. Give this man true repentance, Lord, because it comes from You. You are the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:2. Every good thing comes from above, and our need is the only reason You require to fulfill a request. He asks now, Jesus. We ask in Jesus' name for him to have this faith of Jesus. Lord, Jesus didn't see the end clearly that he would rise again. God, You Yourself died the second death so that this man could have life. Please be with him now in a powerful way. Give him the faith of Jesus, which can only come from Your Son. Give him the Father's patience and grace in his pain. Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory. We know that if any sins we haven't forgiven against our enemies, you will bring our unforgiving nature upon us for our own good to teach us a lesson. But deliver us from evil, Good Lord. Let this man to learn his lesson so that he can move on in You. Please take away his desire for sin, disgust him with it forever from this point on. Make these weaknesses his greatest strengths. May You turn Him for a rebuke to Your enemy and ours, Satan. Dear God, You don't hate this man. You hate his sin. Separate it from him and change his heart so that it will be safe to bless him with the temporal things of this earth, that Your will may be done on earth even as it is done in heaven. Dear God, You know that I believe You are loving and that You will only punish us according to our sin. The smoke of the tormented in the Bible goes up forever, but the evil will be destroyed never to exist again. We want to live and not die the second death. Perfect love casts out all fear. Please take away this man's fear of eternal torment. Let him live in love of You, and yet a Godly fear of You more than of any earthly shame he will endure for Your name. Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory in heaven and on earth, and we know that all of this pain and suffering will show and vindicate Your character so that the universe knows that You are the one who keep us all safe, as well as Your laws. Take care of this man. As David says in Psalms, may this man be able to rejoice that he was not repaid according to his iniquity. Lord, be merciful as You are merciful. Mercy is better than judgment, You say. Show this man mercy. Let his will be lost in Yours, and let him see you care for him as an individual, that You care for his good and the good of his loved ones and those who love him. Whatever happens, may we be thankful and without fear. Let Satan have his torment. I ask these things in Jesus' name, Thy Good Will Be Done, Father. Amen. Hebrews 6:10, 6:15, 10:22, 10:35, 11:13
