Please pray for a close friend of mine who is not doing well with recovery from surgery. I am trying to build him a prayer book. He was attacked a week ago and is blind in one eye, today he had to have surgery from a bullet wound and isn't recovering well. Please post your thoughts and prayers to be added to the prayer book.

Lord I thank you that your love for Brian is above and beyond understanding. I pray for a full recovery from the bullet and for his eye. I also ask for emotional healing from this violent act committed against him. Thank you Lord for protecting his life and pray that he will be very greatful for what you are doing for him and give him a heart of forgiveness for those who have hurt him. Let him choose to forgive in the sight of God so that satan may not outwit us. In Jesus name I pray.

my heavenly father, we are all in agreement and ask of you, healing for brian. We pray that you will continue to help him through his recovery. All is possible with the Lord at his side. Please bless brian and heal him from head to toe. My sister bless her, has one eye to see her second grandchild. Oh, father, please bless brian and give him the strength that he needs right now. Thank you my father fro your blessings.

An update on Brian.
Things are not looking to good right now. He is having a really hard time recovering from surgery. He is very weak, but phyiscally and with Christ right now. He wants to give up the fight.
Father - please hold him close to you as I sleep and am unable to be with him. I know that he is hurting and wants this to be it, but Father please if nothing else give him the strength and the power to make it one more day.
