I'm overweight and addicted to food. Tomorrow I'm trying to start a workout routine and limit my calories. I need help I can't do this without Gods help. Please pray I stop eating my emotions n help me get my life back I'm 31 n never been happy

Heavenly Father help Cam with his diet help us all to not overeat or the wrong foods that he surveil these. fill their emotions rather with Your word as you speak to us cause we are not alone IJN amen.
