marriage in jeapordy

Please pray for my marriage. Wife just left. No real reason other than she confused about life. She says she not happy in our marriage anymore. She says she loves me but not "in love" with me. She starting menopause and maybe that it. Finances bad for last 6 years so thats a problem too. I'm so hurt and confused. We've been married 24 years and have 5 children. 2 were still at home. 14 year old daughter went with her. 16 year old boy stayed with me. I love her so very much. Please God touch her heart. She'a a beautiful but confused woman who is actually a Christian.

RE: marriage in jeapordy

I take God at His Word. I trust Jesus Christ for my salvation. Lord Jesus, I’m a sinner, but You have shown Your love for me by dying to forgive my sins, and You have proven Your power to save me from death by Your resurrection. Lord, change my heart, and save me by Your Grace.

I pray for husband and wife, reveal to them anything in their own heart that is threatening their union. I pray for the restoration of their marriage into the covenant that You intended. I pray that Your Love flows through each of them to the other. I ask for God’s forgiveness. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray, Amen.

Bless

I am so sorry to hear of the conflict in your marriage. I know your pain.

If you really want your marriage to work and you are determined to work at, even if it means you are the only one working for now, there is always hope.

I am giving you a gift. This is my repayment to another, a “pay it forward” of sorts. It is a book and a movie. Watch the movie. It’s a bit hokey, but the substance of the message is very powerful. Read and work the book. “This forty day journey cannot be taken lightly. It is a challenging and often difficult process, but an incredibly fulfilling one. To take this dare requires a resolute mind and a steadfast determination. It is not meant to be sampled or briefly tested, and those who quit early will forfeit the greatest benefits. If you will commit to a day at a time for forty days, the results could change your life and your marriage. Consider it a dare, from others who have done it before you.”

"The Love Dare"

Best Wishes and may God bless you in your endeavor.

You and your family are in my prayers
Hosea

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." 1 Peter 4:8
