This evening I saw a glittery item like a phone case just near a car door on the ground. It was in a quiet car park. I am not sure what it was but I left it as there were only a handful of people around and I thought the owner may see it on their way back to car, if it is belong to them. I thought if I handed it in they may not think of going to that particular desk.. Also as near hospital didnt want to be handling it etc with covid restrictions. Anyway pray please owner will see it and all will be well. Thank you
