Just sharing
I have spent the last 18 months stressing and consistently praying. For those that don't know my situation, I am the foster mother to twin boys. I received them at birth. The "parents" have a lot of problems that have prevent ted reunification. I want to adopt these boys. They do not know their birth parents and totally freak out when they see them. Anyway, I have been praying and praying and about 6 weeks ago I changed the way I was looking at things and how I was praying. I think I looked at things as if everything was so wrong but I was wrong. I started to analyze all the events and then I thought about the story of Job and how he said he would only think on the good the Lord did for him and not what he was suffering at the moment. These boys could have gone back at any of the court dates but God has continued to bless us with them in our family. Instead of praying and asking, I started to pray with nothing but thanks. I am thankful for every moment God blesses us with these boys and how it has changed our family. I am greatful for every smile and ever laugh. I will tell you that every weekend God has answered our prayer for cancellation of weekend overnights. The children are doing so well. We go to court this Friday and supposedly the birth father is going to take custody. Do you know I am not worried as I use to get because I know we are in God's hands and he has taken up our cause. I truly trust in the Lord and his plan for us. It feels really good! I will let everyone know how court goes this weekend. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, blessings to all, thank you!

How did the court date go? I pray that all goes well for you. Wonderful story/ testimony.
Please share how things turn out. Job's story is great story & thank you as I needed to read what you wrote.
God Bless you! You are so right about giving thanks for all we do have in this life.
