I'm a 13 year old girl and my dad has missed most of my childhood,he leaves constantly and he barely talks to me. I'm done with him. But, I do need a man that will help me fill that emptiness in my heart.
When I see girls with their fathers, I have to hold back my tears. I read my Bible for teens girls,but it says not to worry about not having a father because God is there.
I know God is there,but I can't hug him. He can't take me to father-daughter dances.
I don't know what else to do. Please pray for me.

Father, I pray for this young girl..... I pray that you would fill that empty place in her heart with an overflowing of your love that you have for her. Also I would ask Father, that you would surround her with the family of god and give her healthly relationships that can nurture her and love her and hug her. I ask that you would give her fathers, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles, aunts, older and younger brothers, all in the Lord..... who know you and love you and can demonstrate your love to her with encouragement and lots of hugs. I ask that you would bless her life in everyway, that you would direct her paths and lead her and guide always into your perfect will for her. Heal her heart Lord, help her to forgive, and restore every thing lost, or stolen or broken back to her. Bless her Father, touch her heart, in the name of Jesus we pray.

Lord Jesus - let this young woman KNOW that while earthly fathers may fail their children, that YOU never will and you are her HEAVENLY father who knew her before she was placed in the womb. She can turn to YOU in all she does and you welcome her. May YOU show her the way and may she grow to be a STRONG CHRISTIAN WOMAN, who will bring joy to those around her. Do not allow her to feel brokenness in this situation at all and for her to know that there are many young girls out their without Dads and that they are even more special to you. Holy Father pour out your Spirit on this young woman and may she not be so badly affected by this. I pray her earthly Father will "wake up" to what he is missing. AMEN.
