I lent a friend a large sum of money (USD 55000) because he promised to return and I trusted him and his pastor and mother also vouched for him. Since then he has never kept to his promises and lied to me over and over again and I've not been returned a single cent after close to 2 years. I feel so hurt and betrayed especially since he knows I need the money badly and I'm going through tough financial times myself. I feel that I've made a big mistake by trusting him and lending the money. I'm desperate and I need prayrs for God to intervene and recover my money asap. Pls pray for God to bring me out of the trouble I got myself into. The money is actually from my mother and she doesn't know about it yet and I feel so depressed about this whole situation.

TS, may I know the first name only of your friend. I will pray for you and you will get your money back and this friend will lose everything in Jesus' name.

His first name is Gary. But pls don't pray that he will lose everything. Pray that God will give him WISDOM to do the right thing and return my money instead of lying to me over and over again. That he will NEVER tell lies again. That he will have a FEAR OF THE LORD come upon him. And whatever is holding him back, that God will make it possible and willing for him to return all my money and ACCELERATE the restoration for me.

I pray that not only he will gain wisdom from the Lord, but for you too. May this teach you to not trust people with money even if they are from church. I've seen in my life this happening to too many people who think everyone that goes to church are honest people, but they are not. Second you should had never have gone lending money that didn't even belong to you, but your mother's.
Lord you see this situation this person is going through, have your perfect will be done to both parties. My this person's mother soon have her money back. May this person learn to trust only you. I pray in Jesus name amen.
