I don't know if asking for prayers too much is wrong, is it lack of faith in God?? I keep praying for help for my house. Ex-husband moved out 9 years ago, pays mortgage instead of child support which I was happy with since I make $15 an hour, he lives next door. Our son graduates high school next year. Still have many more years of mortgage, my ex didn't pay mortgage and about two years he filed for bankruptcy, mortgage and other stuff of his taken from pay, that will end soon. I worry about mortgage and rent for apartments care more money even in a cheaper area. My house is old,bits rundown. My roof needs fixed, bedroom has cracks from rain. It's scary. I can't afford to replace, don't know if I have money to repair. No one will come to repair. Need a new porch window, they're old slider type, my son tried to open stuck window on porch,but fell out, onto lawnmower outside, glass broke, not sure if it can be repaired and put back on track on porch. One window guy came, said we should get it fixed for about $400 because this bill would be about $4000. Don't know if that's true or he doesn't do just one window. We need a window there,bits covered up by large garbage bag taped in space. All the windows are pretty old. We need a new front door, and front concrete steps are crumbling, handle rails are wobbly and one fell off a few years ago. We have either no bedroom doors or few left are broke, domestic issues in past, so eone punched or kicked them. It's really embarrassing and shameful as you can imagine, walks need repainted and we took up old dirty carpeting years ago when ex here but he never replaced is with new carpeting or laminate flooring. The old floors are best up. Prayers for help.
