PLease dear Father in HEaven I pray for your forgiveness for my gluttony. I am ill and mostly due to obesity. I pray for healing of my illnesses and for your strenght to resist temptation. Lord I thank you for helping me to lose 103 pounds before and i am so sorry that i have given in and gained all of it back. I confess my shortcomings and greed. Please forgive me. I pray in Jesus name and ask that others could pray for my health and strength to fight this sin. Amen

Lord please give strength to your child and free this person from the power of addiction to food. Lord I pray that this child of yours will pray every time they put someting to their mouth. I pray that they will remember that you are enough for them and that only you can truly satisfy. Don't let them believe in the lie that they cannot overcome for we are more than conqeyers by Christ Jesus and can do all things through Jesus who strengthens us. Do the best you can do moment by moment and know that God's mercies are new each morning. God bless.
