Please, I am asking for prayer for myself, and my daughter. I speak for myself when I say I don't know and am not sure where I belong or to whom I belong in a spiritual sense. I find myself making the same mistake over and over again so I don't know if my repentance has been genuine or superficial? Please pray that God will lead me to genuine repentance if I have not been there yet and that He will bring me to have a genuine encounter with Himself. Also, pray the same for my daughter.

Dear friend in Jesus, the bible says in 1 John 1 v 9 that when we ask Jesus to forgive our sins he is faithful and just to forgive our sins and pruifies us from all unrighteousness. Even Paul said that such as he does not want to do something he finds himself doing that very something. The devil wants you to doubt your forgiveness just as he caused Eve to doubt what God had told her. He is just up to his old tricks. No one is perfect and we are all sinners. I recommend that you pray. Ask God to giver you his strength. James 4 v 7 says to resist satan and he will flee from you. When you ask Jesus into your heart, acknowledge that he is God and repent of your sins. Then you belong to him. We will continue to struggle in life but we know that we are his and have salvation through him and him alone. Lord I pray that you will sent christian people into these 2 lives to guide them to the truth of who you are and support them in their growing faith. In Jesus name I pray. You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.
