please pray that the hard work that i am doing at work gets recognized. we were informed at work yesterday that there will be no merit raises for next year due to healthcare costs and cuts; although i am very happy that there will be no expected layoffs i can't help but be upset that all the hard work that i have done this year will not get recognized and awarded. please pray that perhaps i move up in my company or a miracle happens

Father, thank you that this guest remains employed despite the absence of additional reward for the hard work they have done. Help them to accept that many are not receiving raises and some have not for the last 2-3 years in companies throughout the country.
