Last night somebody was criticising me. I got very upset as I felt useless and I ended up saying Jesus name in vain. I never swear casually but on a rare occasion if I feel pushed I lose it and in my agitation use Jesus as a swear word. I feel awful afterwards. I know how serious this. I had a lovely day yesterday - blessed at church etc and then this happened. Please pray that there will be a real change and whatever happens in the future I will never take this precious name in vain again. Thanks

Lord help this person get more into your word so that when things upsets them they will think of praising you and not use your name in vain anymore. In your precious name Jesus I pray amen.

Read and try to memorize Psalm 119. It's a long Psalm but so good to learn to live by it.
