This morning I woke up earlier than I normally do. It's a start and a beginning of feeling better with my depression. I have not climbed completely out of the dungen, yet. But it is a sign that will give me more energy to face the problems I still need to resolve, with a better outlook, than I have had lately. I pray the depression goes away completly and I can better solve the problems before me, in a better state of mind and light. In Jesus Name.

Dear Lord Jesus - THANK YOU - thank you for the good days - they are there to remind us when we have a bad day that things do get better. Depression is a horrible enemy Lord Jesus. I pray release from this oppression for JamesG and may your Spirit full him with YOUR energy. AMEN.

Lord I pray that you lift up James on wings of eagles, that you renew his strength and that the joy of the Lord will be his neverending strength. Take his every thought captive to Jesus christ the Lord and refute every tongue raised up against him. In Jesus name I ask it. Thank you Lord for his recovery and your answered prayer
