Please pray that God will guide me in how to design an exercise program so I can feel energetic and strong, and have a lot of vigor and stamina continuously. I’m already running, but gyms are so expensive! Pray that God will guide me to a good gym—either a free public gym, or one that’s inexpensive. Also, should I do cardio kickboxing or power yoga? I’ve started power yoga a couple times, and it gave me incredible energy. Pray that God will guide me in the right direction, and open the door to the right classes, and that they’ll be very cheap or maybe free.

Dear Jesus,

Guide this child with your eye and help them find a excercise that will glorify you Lord .

Lord, walk before them and speak to them, directing them in all of their ways and help them to trust and obey you and to not stray from your precepts .

We ask this in your precious , holy name, Jesus.
