Divorce this week
My marriage has be turmoil for years due to my attitude. I became involved with another person during a lengthy separation from my spouse. The divorce has been filed and begins this week. Over the last several months I have found God again and feel closer to him than ever, my spouse is a wonderful Christian example The situation I have created is making the divorce inevitable unless God changes the direction of my life. I believe my husband and I could work things out if God would intervene. However daily I have asked for a break through been fairhful in prayer and have ended all actions of immorality and repented. Yet each day passes and no sign from God comes. I have done everything I can do but the situation remains the same and is beyond my human control. Today for the final time I am asking God to intervene in this marriage and send a sign of a promising breakthrough that will allow my family to be restored and the haunting past with parish. I feel that it's pushy to ask God to give this to me today but time has run out. I ask God for a sign today that he has intervened and will restore this marriage before court this week. I know a lot of people on here pray for others but don't reply I often do the same. I just ask that you take time today to reach out to the lord for me as I feel he does not hear my cries and I truly believe in the power of prayer.

RE: Divorce this week
No changes have come but I want to thank those who cared enough of an unknown person to pray. At some point we must accept that God doesn't always answer and we must reap what we sowed. Life can be bitter when you fail to follow God's plan.
